In the 144th Graduation ceremony at US Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut, 2 Lt Janet Uwamahoro from Rwanda Defence Force(RDF) has been commissioned by the Honorable Kristi Noem, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
She graduated with Honors (Magna Cum Laude) in Operations Research and Data Analytics. The Defence and Military Advisor to the Rwanda Permanent Mission to the UN, Col Deo Mutabazi, attended her graduation. (End)
