Kigali: Incumbent President Paul Kagame was Tuesday in Nyabugogo (Kigali), Bugesera district (East) and Kicukiro districts (Kigali) for the latest leg of his campaign. For the morning, the RPF candidate started with Nyabugogo, where he held a rally at the taxi-bus park. For the mid-afternoon, he moved to Bugesera, and ended the day with Kicukiro, here in Kigali.
