Arusha: Ex-Rwandan Mayor and defence witness for genocide-accused Mathieu Ngirumpatse, Tuesday alleged before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) that Burundian refugees attacked and killed Tutsis hosted at Mugina parish in Gitarama prefecture (central Rwanda) in April, 1994.
