Members of Senate and Parliament visit Rwandan Peacekeepers in South Sudan

On the sidelines of the 12th EAC Inter-Parliamentary Games conducted in Juba, South Sudan, the Vice President of the Senate of Rwanda in charge of finance and administration, Dr Mukabaramba Alvera, visited Rwandan Peacekeepers operating in Juba –Durupi camp under United Nations Mission in South Sudan.

Dr Mukabaramba Alvera was accompanied by other members of the Senate, members of the East African Legislative Assembly from Rwanda, members of Rwanda Parliament and a delegation led by chairman of Rwandan Diaspora in South Sudan. 

They were received by Rwandan Contingent commander, Col BM Cyubahiro, and other senior officers. Col BM Cyubahiro welcomed and thanked the Vice President of the Senate and her delegation for taking their time out of their tight schedule to visit Rwandan Peacekeepers. (End)
