On the sidelines of the Italy-Africa Summit in Rome, Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Vincent Biruta held a bilateral meeting with Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Prime Minister of Libya.
The discussions between Minister Vincent Biruta and the Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah focused on deepening bilateral ties between Rwanda and Libya.
Minister Vincent Biruta is in Rome to represent President Paul Kagame at the Italy-Africa Summit, held under the theme “A bridge for common growth”. (End)
