Rwanda’s Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta met with his counterpart from Singapore Vivian Balakrishnan. The two Ministers discussed ways to further enhance cooperation at the bilateral and multilateral levels.
“Delighted to host my friend Rwandan Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta. Rwanda is a nation filled with hope, youth and potential. We had a good discussion on areas our countries can work closely together in, including education, skills training and capacity building and cybersecurity”, said Singapore’s Foreign Minister.
