Minister Vincent Biruta received a courtesy call from Ms Ndèye Aissatou Masseck Ndiaye, new UNHCR Representative in Rwanda, for a formal introduction and presentation of her credentials.
The Rwandan Government on 30 July of this year approved Ms Aissatou as UNHCR representative to Rwanda. (End)
