Minister Biruta receives outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda

The Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Vincent Biruta, received the outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda, Peter Vrooman, who has reached the end of his tenure.

“They discussed bilateral relations and cooperation in health, climate change and defence. Minister wished him well in his next appointment”, according to the Rwandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Peter Vrooman concludes his tour of duty after representing his country in Rwanda for three years and eight months. He presented his credentials to the Rwandan President Paul Kagame on April 6th, 2018. (End)
