In Rome, Italy, the Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources Ildephonse Musafiri presented a $ 501.8 Million Investment Plan for Rwanda at World Food Forum’s Hand in Hand Investment Forum. The plan was designed with evidence-based Hand in Hand methodology.
