Minister Nsanzimana give lecture at Harvard on building healthcare system in Rwanda

As he concluded his working visit to the US, the Minister of Health Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana gave a public lecture at Harvard medical school on building a healthcare system in Rwanda and interacted with faculty and students.

Harvard University has a long history of collaborating with Rwanda through PIH (Partners in Health) and UGHE (University of Global Health Equity). 

Minister Nsanzimana also visited the University of Michigan Medical School’s Global REACH and met with the Provost and leadership team. They discussed expanding partnerships including in renal transplant at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, advanced medical care and teaching.

Founded at the University of Michigan Medical School (UMMS) in 2001, Global REACH (Research, Education, And Collaboration in Health) is a key partner to UMMS faculty members, learners, and departments working to engage with international collaborators to advance health, research, and education.
