Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, Ildephonse Musafiri, had bilateral talks with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Le Minh Hoan.
They discussed possible cooperation and knowledge exchange in coffee, rice, horticulture, integrated farming and animal feed processing at household level.
Minister Ildephonse Musafiri is attending the 4th global conference of the Sustainable Food Systems Programme that is taking place in Ha Noi, Vietnam, from 24 to 27 April.
Themed “Emerging from global crises by shaping sustainable, resilient, healthy, and inclusive food systems,” the conference is examining major barriers to the transformation of food systems and put forward recommendations to ensure global food security. (End)
