Ngoma: President Kagame on Monday is touring the eastern provincial districts of Kirehe and Ngoma where he is visiting several rural development projects. He is also expected to speak strongly against officials who are not delivering - a message he has been sending of late. 

The visit was scheduled in May but cancelled at the last minute following a heavy downpour of rain. Mr. Kagame is touring mainly individual projects of people who have excelled in raising their welfare despite the odds, details soon.
