Kigali: Researchers from one Indian based international think-tank, the Strategic Foresight Group (SFG), have observed that Water infrastructure in some rural areas of Rwanda is still poor, and irrigation practices are outdated with the possible consequences to affect sustainability of resources in the future, a statement issued Thursday states.
