Today, Foreign Ministers of Poland Zbigniew Rau and Rwanda Vincent Biruta signed an agreement on the training of diplomatic personnel.
The Poland Diplomatic Academy will support the training exchange programme and the efforts of Rwanda Ministry of Foreign Affairs in establishing its staff training institution.
This signing ceremony provided an opportunity to reaffirm the shared desire of both countries to enhance their relations at a strategic level.
Ministers Zbigniew Rau and Vincent Biruta also discussed reinforcing cooperation in various sectors including education, trade and investment, green technology and cybersecurity.
Minister Vincent Biruta is in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. He is participating in the 2023 Polish Ambassadors’ Conference as Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker. The event, which will continue until June 23, is attended by the heads of Poland’s diplomatic missions abroad. (End)
