UN chief defends contested ‘Genocide’ report

Kigali: UN Secretary General Ban ki-moon on Wednesday calmly defended the controversial report which Kigali has attacked in the strongest terms so far including that it is "malicious", "ridiculous", "outrageous and damaging”.
