Kigali: The embattled exiled tycoon Tribert Ayabatwa Rujugiro is on the spot with new information affirming he is funding a dissident group of Rwanda officials to destabilise the government in Kigali. Rujugiro is also accused of causing the breakup of families due to his infidelity.
