Discussions between Rwanda’s Prime Minister Ngirente and Ms. Mafalda Duarte focused on strengthening the existing collaboration.
The thirty-eighth meeting of the Board of the Green Climate Fund (B.38) is taking place from Monday, 4 March to Thursday, 7 March 2024, at Kigali Convention Center, Kigali, Rwanda.
The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is a fund established within the framework of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change as an operating entity of the Financial Mechanism to assist developing countries in adaptation and mitigation practices to counter climate change.
