Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente received Eric W. Kneedler, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Rwanda.
During their discussions, Prime Minister Ngirente and Ambassador Eric Kneedler explored various areas of cooperation and shared interests.
They exchanged a lot on the background of the cooperation between the two countries, which started in 1962; both countries want to leverage the existing collaboration.
The United States of America works in partnership with Rwanda in different sectors such as providing basic health services; expanding economic opportunities particularly through a strengthened agricultural production and food security program; protecting and promoting the country’s unique biodiversity; expanding access to electricity, and improving the educational system, security and peace etc. (End)
