President Kagame in Zambia for a two-day State Visit

Rwandan President Paul Kagame has arrived in Zambia’s touristic capital, Livingstone, for a two-day State Visit.  

“A warm welcome to H.E Paul Kagame of Rwanda, on this State Visit to Zambia”, said via tweeter Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema who welcomed his Rwandan counterpart at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone.

The two Heads of State are now in tête-à-tête talks before having a bilateral meeting with members of their delegations.

Bilateral talks will be followed by the signing of seven Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between Zambia and Rwanda in various sectors which will promote the consolidation of ties between the two countries. (End)
