President Kagame met with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali of Ethiopia, European Union(EU) Council President Charles Michel, and Prime Minister António Costa of Portugal.
They met on the sidelines of the 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union.
The 36th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU) Assembly of Heads of State and Government is taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 18 to 19 February 2023 under the theme of the AU for the year 2023: “Acceleration of AfCFTA Implementation”. (End)
