President Paul Kagame and the Commander-in-Chief of Rwanda Defense Forces (RDF) has promoted Brigadier Colonel Andrew Nyamvumba to the rank of Brigadier General.
The promotion takes immediate effect according to the communique released by the RDF on August 19.
Prior to his appointment, Andrew Nyamvumba has been working as the Head of Training and Operations in RDF. (End)
