President Paul Kagame and the Commander-In-Chief of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) has promoted Colonel Patrick Karuretwa to Brigadier General and appointed him head of RDF International Military Cooperation.
Patrick Karuretwa has been serving as the Head of Operations in RDF’s Second Division operating in Northern Province.
He also served as the Principal Private Secretary to the President of the Republic from November 2013 to July 2021. (End)
