This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Urška Klakočar Zupančič, President of the National Assembly of Slovenia and her delegation.
The discussion focused on shared values of unity, peace, mutual respect as well as key areas to strengthen bilateral cooperation for the benefit of citizens.
Urška Klakočar Zupančič is in Rwanda for a 4-day study visit. She will also join Rwandans in the commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The 29th commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi, which begins on Friday April 7, 2023, will be held under the theme “Remember-Unite-Renew”. (End)
