Lieutenant Colonel Innocent Munyengango (L) was promoted to Colonel and appointed Chief J5 while Lieutenant Colonel Claver Karara was promoted to Colonel
The President of Rwanda Paul Kagame and Commander in chief of the Rwanda Defense Force (RDF) has promoted and appointed the following RDF officers as follows:
1. Lieutenant Colonel Innocent Munyengango is promoted to Colonel and appointed Chief J5.
2. Lieutenant Colonel Claver Karara is promoted to Colonel.
Colonel Innocent Munyengango previously served as RDF Spokesperson from 2017 until 2020 while Colonel Claver Karara has been serving as Defense Attaché to Rwanda’s embassy in Ethiopia. (End)
