Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) handed over to Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Embassy in Kigali a vehicle (Audi SUV) that was reported as stolen in 2016.
The Audi SUV that was intercepted at Rusizi Border belongs to Mr. Fabrice Lukuba, a Congolese citizen.
At the handover ceremony, RIB was represented by Jean Bosco Zingiro, the INTEROL Communication Specialist while the DR Congo Embassy in Kigali was represented by Mr. Mwanagulu Tambwe Edmond, the DRC Embassy Attaché.(End)
