Dr Biruta and Mamadou Tangara
On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF24), Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Vincent Biruta met with his counterparts from The Gambia Mamadou Tangara, and from Mali Abdoulaye Diop.
They discussed further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.
