This morning in Doha, Rwandan President Paul Kagame met with Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.
President Kagame and the Emir of Qatar had “a productive discussion on bilateral relations and the ongoing successful areas of cooperation between the two countries” according to the Rwandan State house.
During the meeting, they reviewed the relations of cooperation between the two countries and aspects of their support and development in various fields, in addition to the most prominent developments of common interest at the regional and international levels.
The President of Rwanda arrived in Doha today on a working visit to the Gulf country. President Kagame and his delegation were welcomed upon arrival by Director of Protocol Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Rwanda and Ambassador of Rwanda to Qatar. (End)
