Rome: The Rwanda Defence Force(RDF) Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Jean Bosco Kazura CDS RDF, accompanied by the Head of International Military Cooperation, Brigadier General Patrick Karuretwa, attended the annual Conference of African Chiefs of Defence hosted by the United States Africa Command (US AFRICOM) in Rome, Italy, from 27th February to 2nd March 2023.
Forty two (42) African countries were represented in this year’s conference.
Yesterday, the CDS addressed the conference on the use of cyber and space in the context of defence and security. He also held various bilateral engagements with fellow African Chiefs of Defence and US AFRICOM officials. (End).
