Rwanda Defense Forces (RDF) delegation led by the army chief General Jean Bosco Kazura is on an official mission to Egypt. He held consultations with his counterpart.
Letter of Intent and Roadmap for bilateral cooperation were signed to provide a framework for a range of joint mil activities agreed upon.
As part of RDF official mission in Egypt, Brigadier General Patrick Karuretwa, the Head Intentional Military Cooperation (IMC), delivered a lecture of opportunity on “Rwanda’s Perspective on Military Diplomacy” attended by 43 participants in an ongoing course on Military Diplomacy at the Egyptian Intelligence Sciences and Security Studies Institute.
