Swine flu moves closer to Rwanda’s borders

This is the highest single batch of cases registered since Uganda confirmed its first case of the flu in July, bringing the total confirmed cases to 20. In Rwanda, there have not been any cases recorded but all its neighbours have been affected.

The students infected in the latest spread are from the same school – Kitabi Seminary in Bushenyi District. Another 180 are said to be showing signs of the deadly virus.
