The Rwandan Minister of Defense, Major General Albert Murasira, today received and held discussions with Ambassador Gilberto da Piedade Verissimo, President of the Commission of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS).
Ambassador Gilberto da Piedade Verissimo was accompanied by Mangaral Bante, the Commissioner for Peace and Security.
ECCAS is an Economic Community of the African Union for promotion of regional economic co-operation in Central Africa. (End)
