Kigali: Sudan giants Al Hilal and Tanzanian representative KMC are in the country ahead of the weekend’s CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup ties against Rayon Sports FC and AS Kigali.

A day before AS Kigali will host KMC of Tanzania in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup at Stade de Kigali.
Al Hilal arrived in Kigali City on Wednesday and held their first training session at Stade de Kigali on Wednesday night. Al Hilal who are residing at Orient Park Hotel in Nyarutarama is expected to hold today’s training session at Stade de Kigali from 15:00-16:00.
KMC’s first batch arrived in the country today morning while the remaining batch is expected in the country later in the evening at 20:30. KMC who will reside in two separate hotels (Posch Hotel and Gloria Hotel) is scheduled to hold today’s training session at Stade de Kigali at 16:00.
Both Rayon Sports FC and AS Kigali need to win the tie and avoid conceding goals in their first leg matches to have a chance of progressing to the next round pending on any goalless draws in the return legs in two weeks’ time. (End)
