Dr. Peter Mutuku Mathuki and Gen. (Rtd.) James Kabarebe discussed matters of common interest including the implementation status of the pillars of EAC regional integration.
EAC Secretary General is in Rwanda to commiserate with Rwandans during the 30th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi “Kwibuka 30” which will begin on Sunday 07 April 2024. (End)
