Today, the newly appointed MOD (Ministry Of Defence) Permanent Secretary, Colonel Célestin Kanyamahanga assumes office, he takes over from Major General Emmanuel Bayingana.
The handover process was presided over by Minister of Defence, Major General Albert Murasira at the Ministry Of Defence Headquarters.
The new Permanent Secretary Colonel Célestin Kanyamahanga was appointed on Monday 20th February 2023 by President Paul Kagame. (End)
