This morning, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Vincent Biruta received copies of the Letters of Credence of Mrs. Heike Uta Dettmann, Ambassador-designate of Germany to Rwanda.
Minister Vincent Biruta commended the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries and assured her of good collaboration.
Mrs. Heike Uta Dettmann replaces Dr. Thomas Kurz, who concludes his tour of duty after representing Germany in Rwanda for three years and two months. (End)
