Prime Minister Dr Edouard Ngirente represents Paul Kagame, the President of Rwanda, at the 23nd Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State, which is taking place today 24th November 2023 in Arusha, Tanzania.
Preceding the Summit, Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente attended yesterday the EAC High-Level Forum on Climate Change and Food Security, ahead of the 23rd Ordinary Summit of EAC Heads of State.
The 23rd Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State is set to be a significant event, providing a platform for regional leaders to address key strategic issues concerning the East African Community.
It will serve as an opportunity to discuss important matters related to regional integration, trade, infrastructure development, and cooperation in various sectors.
The Summit will foster increased cooperation and reinforce the commitment of member states towards the shared goals of the East African Community. (End)
