Today Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente received Ms. Heike Uta Dettmann, the German Ambassador to Rwanda.
During their discussions, they explored ways to further strengthen the existing bilateral relations between the two countries.
Rwanda and Germany cooperate in various areas such as the economy, health, agriculture, and education sectors, among other achievements.
They also maintain a permanent political dialogue through diplomatic representations in Kigali and Berlin, as well as the exchange of high-level and technical visits.
The partnership between Rwanda and Germany dates to 1982. (End)
