The Rwandan President Paul Kagame is among Heads of State from across Africa who attend the inauguration of the President-elect of Kenya William Ruto.
“Today at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, President Kagame joined other Heads of State and Government for the swearing-in of Kenya’s fifth President”, says the Rwandan State House via tweeter.
William Ruto has been sworn in as the fifth President of Kenya at Kasarani International Stadium in Nairobi. Dr Ruto took the Oath of Office at 12.44 pm in a swearing-in process led by the Judiciary under Chief Justice Martha Koome and the registrar Anne Amadi. (End)
