This afternoon in Doha, President Kagame met with HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar.
The two Heads of State discussed the productive and mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in key sectors including infrastructure and hospitality.
