This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame met with the Rwandan members of the outgoing 4th East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) as well as the members of the current 5th EALA.
President Kagame commended the achievements of the 4th Assembly, and urged members of the 5th Assembly to deliver more to the community.
Early this morning, Minister of State in the Minister of Foreign affairs, Nshuti Manasseh, presided over the EALA (Rwanda Chapter) members’ hand-over ceremony between the 4th and 5th Assembly. (End)
