President Kagame receives Egyptian Ambassador to Rwanda

President Kagame received Egyptian Ambassador Ahmed Samy Mohamed El-Ansary, who has been in Rwanda since January 2018, and held talks with him on Friday, August 13, 2021.

Ambassador Muhamed was about to bid farewell to President Kagame, three years after he had represented his country in Rwanda.

Rwanda and Egypt have a long-standing relationship, which is reflected in cooperation projects including trade, education, health, security and more.

Egyptian investors enjoy working in Rwanda. For example, every year Egyptian traders use to come in Rwanda for their home trade fairs, and even take part in the annual international fair in Kigali. (End)
