The Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to President of Rwanda Paul Kagame on the victims of the floods that hit Rwanda, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
At least 130 lives had been confirmed dead, leaving more injured as well as property destroyed by heavy rains that affected different parts of Western, Northern and Southern provinces during the night of 2-3 May 2023. (End)
