RDB Chief receive British High Commissioner on upcoming UK-Rwanda Business Forum

Kigali: Rwanda Development Board(RDB) CEO, Francis Gatare, received British High Commissioner to Rwanda, Omar Daair, and his delegation for discussions on the upcoming UK-Rwanda Business Forum on 29-31 January 2024 in Kigali.

The forum will highlight Rwanda’s investment opportunities, business climate, and strategic positioning as a regional trade hub and address existing trade and investment barriers.

The UK-Rwanda Business Forum will take place from 29 – 31 January 2024 at the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) & Radisson Blu Hotel in Kigali, and will showcase investment opportunities in Rwanda’s rapidly growing economy.  

The Business Forum will bring together UK and Rwandan business leaders, investors and senior government officials to discuss business opportunities available and the business climate in Rwanda. The theme is ‘Succeeding in Rwanda: Unlocking Growth & Opportunities’ and the programme includes opportunities for networking and to hear from industry leaders, visits to investor sites and discovering the best of Kigali.  

There is no cost to attend the UK-Rwanda Business Forum. Sectors of focus are agriculture/horticulture, critical Minerals, infrastructure, manufacturing, green economy, financial and professional services. (End)
