The Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) in charge of Operations, Vincent Sano, visited various Rwanda National Police (RNP) units in the Western region and challenged officers to be defined by discipline in the execution of their law enforcement duties.
He emphasized the importance of alertness, discipline, and team spirit within the force.
These qualities and values, he added, are central to professionalism in combating various crimes such as drug trafficking, smuggling, corruption and defilement, among others.
“Maintain professionalism, stay healthy and focused on the mission, be proud and value the work you do in the service of your country,” DIGP Sano told the officers. (End).
