Minister Musafiri and Jonathan Kamin discussed ways to enhance the current cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and USAID.
Agriculture employs 70 percent of the labor force in Rwanda, and the country’s solid growth record and macroeconomic stability provide a solid foundation for agricultural investment.
Through its Feed the Future program, USAID continues to partner with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources to help small scale farmers access affordable and high quality seeds, fertilizers and other agricultural inputs. 9End)
