President Kagame awarded Eritrean cyclist Henok Mulubrhan with the Yellow Jersey as overall winner and Tour du Rwanda 2023 Champion.
Henok Mulubrhan, who rides for Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, is also the current African Road Race Champion after winning African Continental Road Championships earlier this month.
Among the top races in the world, Tour du Rwanda 2023 brought together 95 riders from 19 teams for an 8-stage competition across the country. (End)
