Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Dr. Lemogang Kwape, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Botswana and delegation.
Dr. Lemogang Kwape is leading delegation of Botswana in the first session of Joint Permanent Commission on cooperation between the two countries happening from 26 April.(End)
