President Kagame today virtually participated in the installation ceremony and inaugural address of the Chancellor of University of Cape Town (UCT), Dr. Precious Moloi-Motsepe.
Dr. Precious Moloi-Motsepe was elected Chancellor of UCT in August 2019 and took up the new position in January 2020.
The chancellor was elected for a 10-year term by an electoral college consisting of holders of UCT qualifications, academic and PASS (professional, administrative support and service) staff, and students. (End).
