Kigali: The FERWAFA Appeal Commission has upheld a sanction to pay a fine of 300,000 Rwf imposed on Rayon Sports FC by the Executive Committee over UBUTWARI Tournament 2020 withdrawal.
The FERWAFA Appeal Commission also annulled a ban of not participating in 2021 UBUTWARI Tournament while they reduced a ban of not organizing or taking part in national matches from a period of 12 months to 1 month and annulled a ban of organizing or taking part international friendly that was taken against Rayon Sports FC.
The Appeals Committee led by Kajangwe Joseph took the decision in their session held on February 14, 2020, which was communicated to the club today, February 14, 2020.
The decision takes immediate effect as of February 14, 2020. (End)
