Senate President Kalinda François Xavier with Vice Presidents Nyirasafari Espérance and Dr Mukabaramba Alvera received Ibrahim Sidy Ibrahim Mattar, Ambassador of Libya to Rwanda.
They saluted existing good relations between the two countries and discussed ways to bolster parliamentary partnership.
On the margins of the Italian African Summit in Rome (28-29 January), Tripoli based Libyan Prime Minister, Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba, discussed the review, support and development of Libyan investments in Rwanda.
The discussions were held between Aldabaiba and Rwanda Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta. (End)
